Hello,

I’m an active businessperson, with a strong 17 year + background in Accountancy, Governance, Agri-business, and Business Ownership.

My purpose is centered around helping others, both individuals and organisations, to prosper. In business, I am a thoughtful deliberate maximiser leaning in to assist those in reaching desired personal and business outcomes. I make learning and intellect a priority to help solve complex problems and bring a harmonious approach to relationships. (Gallup’s Strength Assessment)

My experience includes co-founding our own pharmacy business from a startup to a leading business in the sector employing over 20 employees on three sites.

For a number of years, I’ve been the CFO of a large manufacturing firm, overseeing all financial-related matters and stewardship.

I have led a large specialist accountancy team and practice working mainly in the agriculture sector including a range of clients from small businesses to very significant farming enterprises.

I admire entrepreneurial flair and have a passion for assisting people in making good business decisions. This leads me to maintain a very close relationship with my business connections to ensure they realise their goals.

Although based in Canterbury, I typically work with clients locally, all over New Zealand and with clients based overseas.
