Paul has a background in administration and conservation having worked in the private and public sector.

In 2015, he established his own vineyard in the world renowned wine region of Marlborough.
Here he produces high quality Sauvignon Blanc grapes for the Marlborough Grape Growers Cooperative, who work closely with wine buyers to create and develop bespoke wines that are fit for their unique needs and specific markets.

Building strong relationships with industry stakeholders, attending relevant meetings and conferences and utilising digital monitoring tools have been key to optimising Paul's farm management.
