Hi, I’m Irving Leistra. I’m a business coach, trainer, and facilitator with more than 20 years of experience in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand and across 15 industries. I also surf, play hockey and love to spend time with my family on outdoor activities (one of the reasons why we moved here from The Netherlands).
Through my company Big Leap, I help organisations build capability, deliver training and games, and run workshops to spot opportunities and shape strategies. I also drive improvement projects that move the needle and create measurable impact by aligning people, processes, and systems for sustainable growth.
