I’m
Paula Bearsley, Business Advisor and Coach, and founder of
Business Growth Coach. I work alongside business owners who have built good businesses but are reaching the point where growth, complexity, people pressures or simply carrying too much themselves is making the next stage harder than it needs to be. My role is to help owners step back from the day-to-day, see their business clearly, make better commercial decisions and build a business that performs without everything depending on them.

strategic thinking, financial and commercial insight, practical business experience and strong accountability. I bring more than 20 years of experience as a business owner, alongside a background in finance, strategy and advisory work. That means I understand that good advice has to work in the real world — with customers to serve, people to manage, cashflow to protect and limited time to get things done.
