With more than 10 years of experience in operations and production management, Don brings strong analytical thinking, structured planning, and strategic problem-solving skills into his financial advice practice. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Operations and Production Management (Level 7), a Certificate in Small Business and Project Management, and the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – Life, Disability, and Health Insurance.
After building a successful career in business operations, Don was drawn to the insurance industry through real-life experiences that highlighted the importance of financial protection.
He transitioned his skill set into financial services with a strong belief that insurance is not just about policies — it’s about protecting families, dreams, and futures.
A natural people person, Don enjoys building genuine relationships and takes pride in guiding individuals and families through important financial decisions with clarity and care. Outside of work, Don is a passionate travel enthusiast who once challenged himself to travel solo to Antarctica — a journey that reflects his adventurous spirit and determination.
Today, he is happily settled in Christchurch, New Zealand with his wife Princy and their cheeky son Adam.
