The G.J. Gardner story began in 1983 with Greg Gardner starting his building firm based on the principles of un-compromised quality and value. He built homes designed to meet individual customer's needs within a committed time frame and quickly established a great reputation.
In 2016 GJ's approached Simon Barnett to be their brand ambassador and were thrilled when, after thoroughly researching the business, Simon agreed to become part of the GJ family.
The GJ team celebrated a significant milestone in 2022 in reaching 25 years of business in New Zealand. While there have been a number of milestones to reflect upon what stands out for the GJ team is that in all these years there hasn't been a home left uncompleted and many customers have become part of the family, coming back to build their second and third homes with GJ's. The GJ team continue to build a reputation for reliability and for being an organisation that both our customers and suppliers can trust.
