Kia ora! My name is Grace and I am a fitness coach based in Newlands, Wellington.
I employ a style of training that uses balance and mobility integrated with strength training, to grow muscles and get stronger, while also improving skill work like arm balances and range of motion.
I work with all bodies and backgrounds offering a sustainable, lifestyle-friendly approach that allows everyone to have a focus on holistic strength & mobility.
I like to keep fitness enjoyable, and I use different methods of training to work around likes, dislikes and injuries. If you tell me your goals, it is my job to design a program to get you those goals in a way that keeps you motivated and confident.
