Mark joined Inline Property Management after many years working for the Ministry of Justice, as a bailiff. In this role, he dealt with many people from all walks of life, and his infectious personality saw him gain respect from all he dealt with. During this time, Mark established several strategies to ensure matters are resolved and is more than capable of gaining positive outcomes no matter how difficult the situation may be.

Mark's move into Property Management was a natural progression and a big motivator. During this time, he saw many properties that had been poorly managed by both private landlords and property managers alike. Seeing these poor outcomes encouraged him to move into Property Management to prevent properties getting to this stage.

Mark decided to join Inline Property Management as he felt their values and ethics aligned with his desire to bring a professional approach, open dialogue with landlords and tenants, and a commitment to ensure his clients are receiving the service they deserve.
