After finishing school, Chris joined Barclay’s bank, in South Africa and soon discovered his passion for customer service and sales. It was not long before he was one of the top Sales Consultants in the country and was then promoted to a Sales Manager role.

His journey since then has taken him from leading high-performance sales teams at the bank to becoming a Senior Financial Adviser. Along the way, he’s managed teams of advisers and led a national financial advice company.

In 2004, he moved to New Zealand. After spending a season on a dairy farm, he once again joined a bank and repeated the process of becoming one of the top Wealth Specialists in the country, followed again by managing a team of Financial Advisers. He then had the opportunity to launch Westpac’s KiwiSaver offering in the South Island and took on a Business Development role.

He is passionate about understanding people’s unique needs and providing tailored, sound financial advice. With experience in investment, insurance, and mortgages, he’s guided clients through all stages of life—from the excitement of buying their first home to investing hard-earned savings and preparing for retirement.

Chris believes that family, friends, and a good work-life balance are what truly matter. When he’s not advising clients, he’s a husband, father, wildlife artist, disc golfer, and an enthusiast of fine food, cold beer, and good wine.
