In all of my management roles, I was focused on building relationships as well as questioning the status quo and implementing improvements and changes through small and big projects. I observed people and their wellbeing in their positions and was involved in hiring processes. I’ve witnessed firsthand how crucial it is for individuals to do what they love, with their strengths placed in positions that align with their unique personalities.

This belief inspired me to start my own successful career coaching business in Germany, where I had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients find jobs that matched their skills and passions.

In 2019, I relocated with my family to the beautiful town of Nelson, and since then, I've spent nearly five years working in business and project management for a local building company.

Today, I am focused on helping individuals in New Zealand and Germany gain clarity on their business and career journeys. Alongside this, I am equally passionate about being a homeschool mom, supporting our teenagers in their education. Living in Ruby Bay, surrounded by the ocean and a close-knit community, keeps me grounded and inspired.

With my broad experience in leadership, management, and coaching, I help my clients feel seen and heard. Through thoughtful self-discovery and practical and powerful conversations, they gain clarity and confidence in their careers, leadership and life paths.
