Shayna’s experience extends from over 7 years in the financial services industry through to business, operations, and account management on a global scale.

She has played a key role in the start-up & management of a number of small and internationally scaled businesses, including as sales & operations manager and Regional Manager for Ethique, the 2019 Winner of the Deloitte Fast 50 fastest growing consumer goods business and fourth fastest growing NZ business overall, with an annual revenue growth of 998.92% and Exporter of the Year to the USA ($1 million to $10 million). This saw a number of representative opportunities including speaking at the Westpac Champion Awards and NZI Sustainable Business Network Awards 2019.  

Since joining Loan Market in 2020, Shayna has completed her financial adviser qualifications specialising in residential lending and is passionate about helping kiwis achieve their financial & home ownership goals. Over the past two years she has helped secure hundreds of loans for her clients, and with access to over 20 lenders can help tailor a lending solution to suit you.
