Editor - Jan Thomas, has lived in the Malvern area for the majority of her life and has owned the Malvern News (co-owned since 2002) before taking sole ownership in 2020. She takes pride in providing a truly local newspaper that keeps the community informed and connected.

The Malvern News is delivered to over 6,000 homes & businesses. It covers east of Darfield to the outskirts of West Melton/Christchurch, west to Arthur’s Pass, and north and south between the Waimakariri and Rakaia rivers, also reaching Dunsandel township and Weedons.
Rolleston News (Monthly Newspaper)
The Rolleston News is delivered (on the first Wednesday of the month) to approximately 9,000 homes and businesses in Rolleston and Burnham townships, as well as the rural deliveries that link them together.
