I joined Saunders & Co – Papanui Office in May 2023 after spending the previous four years working at a smaller firm and the eight years before that at a large firm.

I act mainly on property and commercial matters.

Property matters that I act on include buying or selling residential, commercial and industrial properties, acting for landlords and tenants regarding the leasing of commercial and industrial properties, and smaller subdivisions and rural transactions, such as boundary adjustments for landowners selling off part of their properties.

Commercial matters that I advise on include buying or selling businesses and shares and drafting and reviewing commercial documents such as shareholders' agreements and supply agreements.

I also advise on lending including refinancings.
