Julian has over 20 yrs Senior Management experience in Technology, Construction, Manufacturing and Services across NZ, Australia and the UK. He has a strong track record of helping business to streamline their systems and operations, adopt new technologies, innovate with their products and services, and improve their financial performance.

Julian really enjoys the process of helping businesses to grow.  He likes helping them to understand “why” they are in the business and clarify their goals. He supports them to work out what is holding them back and also helps them to develop and implement practical strategies that drive business growth and success.

Julian was born and raised in Christchurch and is married with 2 teenage daughters. In his spare time his enjoys Fishing, Mountain Biking, Touch Rugby and music.
