The Loft is a collaborative hub on the first floor of Eastgate Shopping Centre. We bring together a multitude of health, social, and community services making it easier for whānau to access the right support in one place.

Alongside our partner agencies, The Loft also operates a drop-in crisis support service. This ensures whānau can receive immediate help with challenges such as family violence, housing stress, and financial hardship, while being connected to ongoing support.

As General Manager, I focus on building strong partnerships, guiding strategy, and ensuring our services remain responsive, inclusive, and adaptive to our diverse community.
