The Loft is a collaborative hub on the first floor of Eastgate Shopping Centre. We bring together a multitude of health, social, and community services making it easier for whānau to access the right support in one place.

Alongside our partner agencies, The Loft also operates a drop-in crisis support service. This ensures whānau can receive immediate help with challenges such as family violence, housing stress, and financial hardship, while being connected to ongoing support.

As part of the team, Rebecca assists on building strong partnerships, guiding strategy, and ensuring our services remain responsive, inclusive, and adaptive to our diverse community.
