Hi, I’m Ciara, the founder of The Office Fairy. I’m here to take the stress out of business finances for small business owners, sole traders, and busy professionals.

With a strong background in bookkeeping, payroll, and business systems, I specialise in keeping your accounts accurate, compliant, and easy to understand. I’m a Xero Certified Advisor, trained in MYOB, and experienced in implementing smart tools like Fergus and Smartly to help businesses run more smoothly.

My clients know me as flexible, efficient, and detail-driven, with a personal touch that makes the numbers side of business feel lighter. Whether it’s GST returns, payroll, cashflow, or system setup, I make sure everything is handled with accuracy, so you can focus on what you do best.

I offer support both remotely and on-site, depending on what works best for your business. Many of my clients enjoy the flexibility of mixing both, hands-on help when needed, with the convenience of remote support day to day.

And while finance is my focus, I also provide supportive admin services to keep your business organised behind the scenes.
