My philosophy involves clean-eating, cooking meals from scratch, regular exercise, support with appropriate nutrients, adequate sleep and stress management. To support gluten and dairy intolerant individuals, I have been running classes teaching how to bake gluten-free sourdough bread, make kombucha and dairy-free yoghurt and cheese.
