Anna Le Roux is a HR Coordinator with Yellow – People & Culture, a Christchurch-based consultancy supporting small and medium-sized businesses across Canterbury and Aotearoa New Zealand, helping them navigate the complexities of employment relations, compliance, and workplace wellbeing.
Working alongside our team of employment law and health & safety specialists, Anna partners with clients to deliver practical, people-focused solutions that balance compliance with care. She supports employers through the full spectrum of HR and H&S needs, from employment relations and policy development to workplace culture and wellbeing.
In her role, Anna actively draws on her strong understanding of New Zealand employment practices and people systems. She assists businesses with day-to-day HR matters, documentation, and processes that keep workplaces fair, safe, and compliant. Anna is known for her calm, thoughtful approach and her ability to make complex employment matters easy to understand and manage. She builds strong, trusted relationships with clients and helps create workplaces where people and business can thrive together.
